My husband and I started our journey with GYNEM in January 2023. From the initial consultation throughout the whole process GYNEM have been amazing and very helpful and happy to answer any questions. We were given a wonderful coordinator Oxana who has always been very supportive, responsive and helpful. Oxana helped with organising accommodation for our stay in beautiful Prague. During our full cycle we received daily updates with status of embryo development which was really nice to see. We had a fresh transfer in January which didn’t result in pregnancy, however after the transfer we had a follow up call with the doctor and discussion of the next steps in our journey. We then scheduled FET couple of months later, it didn’t result in pregnancy at that time, however GYNEM was very helpful and offered some excellent advise which led to the next successful transfer. We are currently 7 weeks pregnant and are very grateful to GYNEM and all their expertise in guiding us in this process. I highly recommend GYNEM and am so happy I came across this clinic in my search. All doctors, nurses and coordinators are lovely and making this journey a positive experience. I trust GYNEM and their experience and would use them again in the future if we decide to broaden our family. THANK YOU!!
