I came to Gynem Fertility Clinic for egg freezing and my experience has been very positive. From the very beginning my treatment coordinator Oxana was supportive and attentive. She explained each step clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. When it came to the egg retrieval everything was well explained in advance and on the day I felt well looked after by the whole team. Their professionalism and kindness helped make the experience much easier and more reassuring.
