Sanakin

Sanakin® is a method using autologous conditioned serum (ACRS) prepared from the client’s own blood. The serum contains an increased concentration of biologically active substances, particularly anti-inflammatory interleukins and growth factors, which support the body’s natural regenerative processes.
In reproductive medicine, Sanakin® may be used to support the endometrium before embryo transfer or in women with reduced ovarian function.
When may the method be beneficial?
✔ After repeated unsuccessful embryo transfers
✔ In cases of persistently thin endometrium
✔ In cases of chronic uterine inflammation
✔ In women with low ovarian reserve or reduced ovarian function
✔ The serum is prepared from the client’s own blood
Depending on the indication, the prepared serum may be administered into the uterine cavity to support the endometrium or directly into the ovaries.
How does Sanakin® treatment work?
The process begins with a medical consultation and blood draw. The blood is then incubated for approximately 3 hours at 37 °C in a special Sanakin® tube and processed to produce cytokine-rich autologous conditioned serum.
The prepared serum is then administered according to the indication – into the uterine cavity or directly into the ovaries.
The suitability of the method is always assessed by a doctor based on the individual situation and previous course of treatment.
