Firstly we would like to thank you for all of your kind help and assistance throughout our visits to the clinic. As you will know these can often be stressful and you did so much to ease our concerns and provide hope.
We also found all of the staff, the care and facilities at Gynem to be excellent.
Our only minor area which we feel could easily be improved on relates to communication. There were odd occasions where we found it difficult to obtain information if you were not available.
Our friends in the UK have been through a similar IVF treatment with a clinic here and have shown us a personal portal the clinic uses for each patient. This system allows them to access all their signed documentation, helps with answering frequently asked questions about procedures, as well as providing their live cash account balance and treatment protocol.
We feel that something like this could well benefit clients of Gynem, who if they are like us arrive at the clinic with minimal knowledge of procedures and practices.
