The Egg Donation Programme Guarantee
In the case of the Basic Package, if at least one embryo suitable for transfer is not yielded, a new cycle will be offered free of charge. The Basic Package is available only with frozen donor eggs. In the case of the Comfort / Premium Package, if the guaranteed number of blastocyst- stage embryo(s) is not yielded, the client has the right to request one or two blastocyst-stage embryo(s) free of charge (depending on the package), to be created and transferred within 12 months after the first transfer. This transfer will be a FET (frozen embryo transfer). If no blastocyst is yielded, as per the Comfort / Premium Package guarantee, a new cycle will also be provided free of charge. For Comfort and Premium Packages, treatment may be performed either with fresh or frozen donor eggs, depending on client preference. If the original donor is not available, eggs from another suitable donor may be used.
If you benefit from two Comfort / Premium packages and they are not successful (confirmed heart beat), a third one will be offered free of charge in the form of the Basic package. Please note, any frozen embryos remaining from previous packages must be used before the third one may commence. For the guarantee to apply, sperm must be of sufficient quality (not in a state of oligoasthenoteratozoospermia). The guarantee does not apply if surgically retrieved sperm (e.g. MESA/TESE) is used. The client must not suffer from any serious autoimmune disease or clinically significant uterine fibroid(s) / uterine myomatosis.
