We had an embryo donation at Gynem in Nov 2023 and are now blessed with a precious little boy. Our experience with Gynem was very positive. Everything to do with the arrangement of treatment was clear and direct from Adriana who was always quick to respond to emails and on the end of the phone if we really needed her.
Not only did she help us arrange the medical side, her instructions were clear for example, with what blood tests were required, the paperwork etc she even helped source a pharmacist in the UK for the medication.

When it came to arranging the trip. Adrianna helped arrange airport transport, recommended some hotels and ordered us taxis to and from the clinic. This helped remove some of the stress that treatment already brings. It has to be said, once we found our feet in Prague, getting about was easy. The tram system was easy to navigate and there is lots to see and do. We loved Prague as a city and felt very safe. We can't wait to return to explore more of the city.

The clinic itself it very clean and all the staff are lovely. On the day of the transfer, the procedure went without delay, and the staff were reassuring. We were afforded the opportunity to meet the doctor and embryogist to ask any questions. 

All in all our experience of fertility treatment in Prague was seamless and we have recommended Gynem to friends in the UK who are going through a similar experience. Thank you.
