My husband and I started our journey with Gynem at the end of last year and straight away we were glad we did. We were quickly matched with our coordinator, Antonia who has been amazing throughout. 

She always provided all the information we needed, and was quick to respond to any emails. She also set up telephone calls where needed and always answered our questions/queries perfectly.

When visiting the clinic, the place was clean and bright, and all of the doctors, nurses, and other team members were very friendly. Antonia also was always available to help with translation if needed, which was rarely. When meeting with the doctors and embryologists they were always very helpful,  and full of expert advice/information.

Our DE cycle did have a few stressful moments but Antonia was there with us throughout to offer help and expert advice, and don't know what we would have done without her. 

Prague is a very beautiful and safe city to visit, and we are happy we chose to have our treatment there with Gynem.
