We first heard about Gynem and the service they offered in 2018, me and my husband have already then tried to create a family together for 10 years in our home country but without success, we decided to fly to Prague in 2018 for IVF treatment and got our dream fulfilled there because I became pregnant with twins in first attempt, we went back now in August 2021 where we had a frozen embryo set up and unbelievable but true, I also became pregnant and we are expecting our third child in May next year, we can not thank Gynem and the staff for all the professional work and service they have provided us both through mail and when we arrived, they followed me and my husband all the way through the process and answered all our questions and I was always confident and safe and felt good during this time.
Especially I want to thank Klára Santina for all the help and management and selfless service she provided us, she was our support all the way, thank you very much Gynem for making our dream of starting a family come true.
