Throughout the process we both felt there was always the personal touch from Adriana and other staff members. The clinic was a nice environment and always clean and had confidence in the facilities there. 

The initial consultation was very easy and very informative. Adriana was always very quick in responding to concerns over email and addressed any questions we had over the process.

We received help above and beyond the IVF process, particularly with logistics and transport during our stays in Prague. 

Throughout the process with Gynem, we had a dedicated person in Adriana for us to contact. This was a particular benefit, as there was confidence that no information was lost or mis-communication or contradiction.

Overall, an amazing experience and one we would recommend as ultimately it has made our dreams come true.
