After deciding to pursue egg donation in the Czech Republic for our next ivf attempt, we selected Gynem as our clinic due to their prompt responses to our initial inquiry, the efficient service and information we received, and the extra features offered in the clinic’s comfort package, such as help arranging accommodation and transport, which greatly eased the stress of travelling. As it happened, all our treatment took place during the 2020 pandemic, and our visit to Prague during lockdown in the Czech Republic. Yet despite all these added obstacles every member of the clinic staff we met made our stay in Prague, and the treatment at the clinic as easy as it could possibly have been. Because we had the same patient co-ordinator from start to finish all communication was very easy, and we were reassured that we were talking to someone who really knew our case, and treated us as individuals. The initial outcome of the treatment was very positive, and we would certainly recommend Gynem to people in the future.
