We started looking for a trustworthy clinic for an IVF treatment with egg donation back in October 2020. Many groups on internet and facebook highly recommended GYNEM in Prague and we decided we should give it a try. From the initial contact we immediately received a response with much needed details. Our coordinator was Linda, an amazing professional who very well understood our needs and supplied us with the right guidance. Starting from organizing a consultation with the doctor, Linda followed on all our questions providing feedback within no more than 24 hours. The process seemed complicated especially with the covid situation, however, Linda supported us with everything needed, she clearly provided guidance on the medication needed, methods and timing and the examinations, there was zero waiting time for the egg donation. Linda also supported us with certificates from the clinic to facilitate our travel. Everything went smooth, and even when the coordinator Linda went briefly on leave, we received response from her colleague even during days off at the clinic, this eased up the times of panic and stress.

At arrival to Prague, a beautiful city that was unfortunately almost under complete lockdown, we were picked up by a driver at the clinic cost and we showed up at the appointments as planned. The team, including the doctor and Linda were very welcoming and made the process very smooth. A big thanks to the Head Embryologist RNDr. Tomas Rieger who not only, met with us and explained the process but who was very transparent and explored many options and gave us very good results.

So far, our treatment is successful, and we are through our first trimester hoping for a safe and full pregnancy and the fulfilment of our dream for a healthy baby. A big Thank you! To the amazing coordinator Linda who accompanied us throughout the process and who made it pleasant and less stressful by exploring options and providing all information and boosted our spirit tirelessly. We definitely recommend GYNEM clinic, the service is professional, the staff is caring, and kind and the prices are definitely ones of the best someone could have. Thank you GYNEM!
