We never contemplated getting treatment abroad because we thought it would be so stressful and had so many 'what ifs' in our minds. We already had one failed treatment 4 years ago in the UK and was progressing with another treatment. (It took us a long time to mentally cover from the first treatment).  Every appointment was taking longer and longer, we were building our dream of having a family around the Dr's availability and recommendation for the continuous appointments which we were told the same thing and then invoiced a large sum before we could move on. It was actually feeling like a business transaction and this was only the beginning!

We were told about Gynem through a friend of a friend who was having treatment there. As reassurance, that individual shared their journey and even their protocol. 

Immediately thinking it would be the same story as the UK, I called GYNEM thinking it would not progress that quickly. I got through to the lovely Linda. Linda was so caring and supportive and she gave us personalised care throughout the process. To say she was amazing would be an understatement. This care and support still continues and I can not feel more supported!

Within a couple of months, we had a dr's consultation, completed the tests in the UK and forwarded it on to GYNEM, had the medication sitting in the fridge to start the medication. 

Going to the clinic, well, what can I say? My trigger shots were already put in the fridge of the Airbnb that I had booked and was personally organised by Linda. A taxi was booked from airport to the Airbnb and Airbnb, the next day to the clinic. 

Not for a moment, did I feel stressed or anxious about the process. The communication was above and beyond what I expected and Linda was an absolute God Send! 

I am on my Two Week Wait currently but all I can say is- this clinic is incredible with regards to how it treats it patients. All the staff especially for me, Linda's support was to an extent to what a family member gives and everyone has the same dream as you- to start a family!
